Cazer 1.0 -The first and final release!

This is the official release of Cazer, and probably the last update too.

-Created my own background image so i dont rely on Freepic

-Changed score to the middle of the screen

-Changed spawn enemy button to ctrl

-Added a prompt to start the game

-Game now restarts automatically
